Craig M. Cibak has been an associate in the firm Richard P. Schweitzer, PLLC since 2003. Prior to that, he worked as an associate in the franchise litigation section of the Washington firm Schmeltzer, Aptaker and Shepard. He also served as an associate at Zuckert, Scoutt and Rasenberger after completing his clerkship for Judge Brook Hedge at the District of Columbia Superior Court.
Craig graduated with honors from the George Washington University Law School in 1996 where he served on the Law Review. His practice has included work in the transportation sector, including in the areas of aviation, rail, trucking, charter bus, and hazardous materials transportation, with a particular emphasis on administrative and judicial litigation. Craig also has experience with general business law and franchise litigation.
