He has developed a comprehensive model drug testing and employee education and training program for the Gases and Welding Distributors Association, a national trade association representing over 600 companies that operate truck fleets, and advises individual corporate clients on compliance with DOT and state drug and alcohol testing rules affecting employees in various modes of transportation and the effects of drug testing programs on a carrier's collective bargaining agreements, personnel practices, disciplinary procedures, and benefits package.
He also frequently advises companies on worker's compensation and wage and hour law issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act and similar state laws.
